The reason for the reconstruction was insufficient space in standardized building block on the property. The study involved more than doubling the floor area of the inner part. The whole set is divided inside into a private part of the family extended with a spacious bedroom and a ground floor room with a pool. Furthermore, a mirror structure was created with interior conceived for social events, spacious living rooms and facilities on the second floor. The connecting portion of the two main volumes then functions as an entry portion with dressing room and sanitary facilities.
