Inspired by Tuscan villas. Extensive land enabled placement of the villa-style residence with larger distances between neighboring houses. The entire building is designed as a ground level area as an intersection of multiple masses. Roof is combined out of large terrace and roof tiles of a specific hue along with arched openings giving this villa a distinctive look. The interior space is divided into technical areas in the eastern part, namely garage with a driveway area in the southern part and western garden connected to the living room and indoor pool. The project also includes solution of a garden and adequate fencing, especially in front prominent part.
