This holiday resort is located in a quiet part of Beskydy Mountains. It consists of a main building, apartment houses and mountain homes. The building called Lorka's villa was used to convalesce. The main building was reconstructed to create centralized location providing a base for the whole area, especially restaurants, conference rooms and basic accommodation. Apartment houses and mountain houses were partially demolished and their above-ground parts were completely rebuilt. The whole area counts for the future with a possible extension of the indoor pool and the expansion of some parts of buildings. It is together with all buildings part of a comprehensive solution to the entire land area including parking, recreational areas, paths and access roads. Combining natural materials for facades, interiors and careful approach to an overall solution to the complex is an underlining to natural beauty of its surroundings. The building was awarded the prestigious BEST OF REALTY 2014 as the best hotel building in 2014 in the Czech Republic.
